I Was on My Phone for 6 Hours a Day

I was spending more than 6 hours a day on my phone.

I knew it was a problem,
but I couldn’t stop.

So I tried something simple.

I bought a Pomodoro timer.


Today, I actually used it.

And it worked.

During that short time,
I kept wanting to reach for my phone.

It was uncomfortable.

It made me realize
how addicted I really am.


People say we lose about 3 hours a day to our phones.

For me, it was more.

Way more.


If I just reduce my phone time,
I could create so much more time.

So I’m starting here.

With a timer.

And I’ll try to slowly increase
the time I can stay focused.
