I Keep Ruining My Sleep With Meaningless Shorts

On days I use up all my energy, falling asleep feels incredibly satisfying.

But on days I don’t, even when it’s time to sleep, I don’t want to go to bed.

If I still have some energy left, I know I should read a book or do something meaningful.

But I’m already too tired to focus on anything productive.

So I end up watching meaningless shorts, staying up later and later.

The next morning feels even harder.

So I’ll make today count.
