Lazy daisy stitch.
Bring the needle up from the fabric.
Insert the needle into the same hole, or slightly next to itdepending on how wide you want the petal.
Don’t pull the thread all the way through. Leave a loop. Bring the needle up inside the loop, then secure it with a small stitch.
