Pink duck, then a yellow duck.
This time, I made a yellow duck embroidery.
I wanted to try something a little different. So I decided to skip the outline.
At first, it looked soft and clean. But the more I looked at it, the more it felt like something was missing.
Without an outline, the shape becomes less defined, and it loses a bit of its presence.
In embroidery, an outline plays an important role in defining the shape and giving it clarity.
Tomorrow,I’ll try adding slightly deeper tonesto bring back what feels missing.
