Today, I saw some kids laughing at a half-moon shaped sweet potato fry, saying, “Doesn’t it look like a lemon?”
And I found myself smiling.
Being young has many advantages, but one of them is this—being able to laugh at small, simple things.
Even a simple sweet potato fry is enough to make them laugh.
I don’t really laugh at things like that anymore.
But that’s okay.
I can still smilewhen I see others laughing, or when I notice small changes—like flowers falling and new leaves growing.
Let’s laugh more, more often.
